PaperStrategy update: copy trading and ETH/BTC ratio documented

The existing PaperStrategy terminal profile now documents the 30 October copy-trading announcement and the separate 29 October ETH/BTC ratio feature. Rankings and a ratio ticket were observed in the 1 November public-page review. Earlier Pair/Engine observations and PSTR token history are retained.

The ratio uses two coin legs; it is distinct from the same-market Pair/Engine and is not a native protocol market. One leg can be liquidated even if the ratio moves little. Copy budgets, filters, lag, closes, permissions and complete costs were not tested; no position or copy strategy was started.
