Paperfactory presents paired BTC/ETH longs and shorts with estimates of the cost per PAPER. Public screens and docs are accessible. Separate fills and rebalancing can leave directional exposure; farming and financial execution were not tested.

Paperfactory is a browser interface for paired long/short BTC or ETH positions on Papertrade. Its public page presents margin, leverage, pairs, rebalances and estimates of cost per PAPER issued on eligible realised losses. The homepage and documentation were reviewed on 26 October 2026 without changing parameters or executing a pair, simulation or financial operation.
The operator says funds and positions stay in Papertrade contracts on HyperEVM and the application relays signed orders. Documentation describes a four-hour trading key in this tab's session storage. Disconnecting deletes a local copy, but does not revoke an onchain approval or disable a stolen key. Key permissions, storage, revocation and funds control were not independently tested.
The long and short are separate orders. If one fills and the other fails or queues, the user has directional exposure. Rebalancing closes a losing leg and opens a replacement after confirmation, leaving exposure while it is pending. This is not a risk-free or guaranteed neutral strategy. Winning payouts may queue and are not available USDC until paid.
Documentation describes a 0.5% builder charge on gain or loss outside liquidations. Official protocol rules distinguish adjusted PnL, payment from a trader's gain or the LP's gain on a loss, and the PAPER loss basis. Impact, win fees, mint rate and execution timing affect the estimated net cost. No formula, quoted cost per PAPER, performance or settled result was independently reproduced.
The registry displays paperfactory.xyz / 0x1d8b493c7104c175eaee37c41faf2194962778ef as Active; the fee address actually registered by the interface was not inspected. Posts from @egornomic link the domain on 18–19 October; this is a historical source, not a launch established on 26 October or a certified operator identity. No official project account, audit or initial launch date was confirmed.
No documented verification labels yet. Consult the project’s sources and access conditions.
These are dated, limited checks recorded by the editorial team. They are separate from the project’s availability, editorial score and community ratings. An audit report may contain unresolved findings; its presence is not a security certification. How Our Labels Work ↗
The documented flow submits equal long and short positions, then tracks their separate fills and costs. Rebalancing closes a losing leg and replaces it after confirmation; closing a pair settles both legs separately. PAPER depends on eligible realised loss and protocol parameters. No margin, leverage, pair, rebalance or simulated order was activated. Estimates, queued profit, partial failures and complete costs remain unverified.
Paperfactory has been added to the PaperGames directory in Trading Desk / Early Access. Its public interface presents paired BTC/ETH longs and shorts with estimates of the cost per PAPER.
The profile covers the documented four-hour key, separate execution of each leg and rebalancing risks. Paired positions are not guaranteed neutral or risk-free. Farming, complete costs, permissions and actual execution were not tested. This event announces the catalogue addition, not a newly established product launch.
The site/docs explicitly describe signed Papertrade orders and HyperEVM positions. The official registry shows paperfactory.xyz as Active at 0x1d8b493c7104c175eaee37c41faf2194962778ef. Domain ownership, exact fee-address registration and actual execution were not independently verified; no partnership or audit is inferred.
